Research group Maplecroft has constructed a global Corporate Governance Index that covers 132 countries. The countries are color coded on a global map showing governance risk from low to extreme. Maplecroft pulled data from the World Bank's investor protection index, the World Ecomomic Forum and Transparency International. The countries are color coded to show the governance risk in each.
