Corporate Governance in the United Kingdom
Deloitte has published an extremely useful summary of UK corporate governance in three parts. Part 1 deals with voluntary operating and financial reviews. A proposed mandatory OFR was repealed, and OFRS remain voluntary, as they have been for some time. Part 2 provides sample language for a hypothetical company's OFR. Part 3 contains a disclosure checklist.
