Bond Market Transparency

SEC Commissioner Roel Campos spoke recently at the 31st Annual Conference of IOSCO in Hong Kong. The speech is located here. With respect to the bond markets, Campos discussed post-trade transparency measures and posited a need for pre-trade transparency measures, as well.
