South Korea to Share Data with Regulators in Other Countries
Beginning in June of this year, regulators in South Korea will share information with other securities regulators. The Ministry of Finance and Economy sponsored legislation making the data sharing possible. South Korean regulators will be able to obtain private financial information from regulators in other countries and will be able to share information with those countries. The same legislation will allow sharing of information about shares traded on the Korea Exchance.
