Cox Speaks on Compensation Disclosure

SEC Chairman Christopher Cox spoke yesterday about the SEC's attempts to revise executive compensation disclosure. He also recommended the SEC's plain English disclosure materials, as well as the book Eats, Shoots & Leaves.
