Cox Speaks on Compensation Disclosure

SEC Chairman Christopher Cox spoke yesterday about the SEC's attempts to revise executive compensation disclosure. In his speech, he noted that despite the passage of ten years since Ovitz's compensation issues came to light, yet the need for clearer disclosure about executive compensation continues. He also recommended the SEC's plain English disclosure materials, as well as the book Eats, Shoots & Leaves.
