Corporate Governance Practices Impact Credit Ratings

Cfo.com's blog has a posting today about a panel discussion that occurred at the International Treasury Conference. Credit rating agencies now encourage "analysts to pay as much attention to proxies as to 10-Ks" in assigning a credit rating according to an analyst from Fitch.
