NYSE Files Form S-1 Registration Statement with SEC

The NYSE has filed its Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the SEC. It's 187 pages of some pretty interesting reading. There's a good history of the Exchange, a discussion of the competitive challenges the Exchange faces in today's global economy, and compensation and stock ownership information.
