Cure for Insomnia: IASB to Approve Embedded Derivatives Draft

Yesterday, the International Financial Reporting Interpretation Committee approved a draft interpretation on embedded derivatives. The draft is expected to be finally approved in February by the IASB, although it is possible that it could be approved later this month.
