Microsoft's EC Saga

Poor Microsoft! On December 22 the EC began fining it up to 2 million Euros per day for not complying with a court order to provide information about the XP operating system to competitors. Information submitted by the company pursuant to the court order has been described by the court monitor as incomplete and inaccurate. The documentation that Microsoft has submitted has been described by Neil Barrett, the monitoring trustee, as in need of a "drastic overhaul."
