Spitzer Jumps on Anti-SOX Bandwagon
Eliot Spitzer has jumped on the anti-Sarbanes-Oxley bandwagon this week.
Reuters reports
that in a speech yesterday, he lamented the heavy burden SOX is placing on small issuers.
